A deposit of 200 € in cash will be required on day of
arrival.
For the final cleaning, 80€ for
villas and apartments with 3 or more bedrooms, 60€ for
apartments will be required in cash on day of arrival.
Minimum stay: 3 days

Payment & charges:
Down payment: 30 % of the total
price within 14 days after receiving the invoice = confirmation
Final payment: 70 % until 45
days before booked period
With the receipt of the down
payment, the property will be reserved for you. If we do
not receive the down payment within the 14 days, we can offer
the property to anyone else without giving notice to you.
Once the final payment has been credited
to our account, we will forward to you the address and a
map showing you how to find the property.
The deposite will be returned to you if the property is
to be found in same conditions as before your stay and once
the keys have been returned to us.
Failing to make payment on the fixed due
dates, Rent Your Holiday.com can demand the immediate cancellation
of the present contract.
Cancelation:
until 61 days before booked
period: free of charge
60 until 46 days before booked
period: 30 % of the total sum = down payment
45 until 11 days before booked
period: 50 % of the total sum
10 until 2 days before booked
period: 80 % of the total sum
Afterwards or no show: 100
% of the total sum
Duration of stay:
The period of
stay cannot be extended without the agreement of Rent Your
Holiday.com A
three days stay period is the minimum.

Complaints:
Any complaints
regarding the property, Rent Your Holiday.com has to be informed
within 2
days.
