TERMS & CONDITIONS

General conditions:
 
Water, electricity and gas are included in the price, if not we will mention it
A bond of 200 €/£ - 450 €/£ in cash will be required on day of arrival.
Final cleaning: 60€ - 160€ depending of the property size - required in cash on day of arrival.
Linen & towels (except beach towels) can be rented for 10 € per person. Please inform us in advance.
Minimum stay: 4 days
 

Check-in:
Check-in is between 4 pm an 8 pm, except other agreements. For a check-in between 8 pm an 1 am we ask for a supplement of 25 €. Between 1 am and 7 am, we do not hand over the keys. Please inform us in advance.

The bond and the final cleaning have to be paid in cash at handing over of the key. Cheques and credit cards will not be accepted.

Supplemetary services:
 
Supplementary cleaning: 11 € per hour
Changing of bed linen & towels: 10 € per person
Babysitting: 10 € per hour
Cot: 5 € per day
Interpreter: 20 € per hour
 
Payment & charges:
 
Down payment: 30 % of the total price within 14 days after receiving the booking confirmation
Final payment: 70 % until 45 days before booked period

 

With the receipt of the down payment, the property will be reserved for you. If we do not receive the down payment within the 14 days, we can offer the property to anyone else without giving notice to you.

Once the final payment has been credited to our account, we will forward to you the address and a map showing you how to find the property.

The deposit will be returned to you if the property is to be found in same conditions as before your stay (including in reasonable cleaning conditions) and once the keys have been returned to us.

Failing to make payment on the fixed due dates, Viviendas Excelentes SL - Rent Your Holiday can demand the immediate cancellation of the present contract, without refunding any payment.


 

Cancelation:
 

until 61 days before booked period: free of charge
60 until 46 days before booked period: 30 % of the total sum = down payment
45 until 11 days before booked period: 50 % of the total sum
10 until 2 days before booked period: 80 % of the total sum
Afterwards or no show: 100 % of the total sum
 
Duration of stay:
 

The period of stay cannot be extended without the agreement of Viviendas Excelentes S.L. - Rent Your Holiday. A four days stay period is the minimum. In case of leaving before the end of the agreed rental period, the paid rental amount will not be refunded.

Complaints:
 
Any complaints regarding the property, Viviendas Excelentes SL - Rent Your Holiday has to be informed within 2 days.
